Terms of Use
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These terms cover your use of the LastLip app. By using the app you agree to them. The short version: use the app to help you quit, pay through the App Store if you subscribe, and understand that this is a support tool — not medical care.
What LastLip is
LastLip is a nicotine-pouch cessation app: it helps you track quitting, manage cravings, and see your progress. It is intended for adults 18 and over.
Subscriptions
- LastLip requires a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID.
- Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy. If a free trial is offered, you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Your data
How we handle data is covered by the Privacy Policy. Your logs belong to you and you can delete them at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its content, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
No guarantees
Quitting is hard and outcomes differ. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LastLip isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app; continuing to use LastLip after a change means you accept the updated terms.
